Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most renowned names in the industry, including Jamie Oliver, Fernando Di Luca, Fredrik Eriksson, and Claudio Mancini. My career has taken me across borders and cultures, fueling not only my expertise in gastronomy but also my deep love for travel, music, and painting.

Driven by a lifelong passion for food and creativity, I am now expanding my skillset into the world of technology. Currently pursuing a specialization in Machine Learning and AI, I am focused on integrating intelligent solutions into the hospitality and restaurant sector creating smarter, more efficient, and guest-centered experiences.
