I am a Chef with a lot of passion for my work and Meraki (greek word, Meraki=whene you love your work) working as a professional chef since 2007!

I have studied Culinary Art at Le Monde hotel and tourism studies institute in Greece!

I have experience mostly from European cuisines and more specialising in Scandinavian and medetarenian, Italian and greek.
