As a resident of Gotland and Åre, I have access to fantastic ingredients that reflect my entire food philosophy.
I am a chef and restaurateur who runs two restaurants. One on Gotland and one in Åre. I love creating food in combination with ingredients that allow guests to learn while enjoying the food. I brought selected drinks for that particular booking. I am passionate about the personal meeting and tailoring menus rather than offering fixed menus that guests can choose from. This makes every occasion unique.
