I’m a chef and restaurateur based in Gothenburg, running Restaurang Alba – a modern, high-energy dining concept focused on seasonal cooking and natural wines.

I have competed and worked in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, where I developed a strong foundation in precision, technique and creativity.

Today, I bring that experience into more personal settings – creating intimate dining experiences that feel alive, expressive and tailored to the moment.

My cooking is driven by season, instinct and a strong connection to the sea, combining refined technique with a raw, honest approach to flavor.

Every dinner I create is unique – built around the people, the setting and the feeling of the evening.
