I have been passionate about cooking for more than 20 years. Cooking has always been more than just preparing food for me. It is a way of bringing people together and creating experiences that people remember.

I am a self taught cook who has spent many years developing my skills through curiosity. Practice and a genuine love for food. I have cooked for family. Friends and larger groups. Always focusing on one thing. Creating food that makes people stop. Smile and want another portion.

My cooking style is about respecting the ingredients while building exciting flavors through herbs. Spices. Technique and balance. I believe food should taste like what it is meant to be while having the right combination of flavors that makes every bite memorable. I enjoy working with different types of cuisine. From traditional cooking to grilling and smoking meats. Fish. Vegetables and other ingredients.

Over the years I have received many compliments about my food. However what means the most to me is seeing people's reactions when they eat. Seeing someone come back for a second or third plate tells me more than words ever could.

I am not a formally trained chef. I am a passionate cook who has developed my skills through many years of experience. I believe I bring something that cannot always be learned in a classroom. Passion. Creativity. Dedication and the ability to create food that connects with people.

I am always learning. Always improving and I love exploring new flavors and challenges. Whether it is creating a comforting meal. Preparing food for an event or experimenting with new techniques. My goal is always the same. To create food that people enjoy and remember.
