I'm a professional chef with 10+ years of experience. After studying culinary arts in South America I worked in Peru, Easter Island, New Zealand, Australia, Denmark, among others. I've worked in many different kitchens, hotels, fine dining restaurants, lodges, etc. Now I moved to Germany for new challenges but the current situation have made things much harder.
