Italian Chef, 16 years of experience. I do most kinds of cuisine, and have been private chef at home and on yachts.
I grew up in Genova, and have worked different restaurants, for example the Michelin star restaurant “La bottega del buon caffè”. I was also personal chef for the Garavoglia family (the owner of Campari) among others.
