I've been working as a cook, and most recently as a head chef, for 14 years. I'm stress-resistant, responsible, and goal-oriented. I love cooking deli. I am also a quick learner and a quick cook. My experience allows me to work in different kitchens: European, Latvian, Russian, Italian, Japanese, and Italian.
