Outgoing personality with strong analytical, customer service, and creative problem solving skills. Ability to work in diverse environments and with diverse groups. Extensive knowledge of hospitality, food preparation,Wine Connoisseur,Bartendering and customer service training.
I started my studies on 2003 at the Universidad del Trabajo del Uruguay , continue on Bs AS at the Maussi Sebess School where i obtained my Diploma in 2006 as an International Pastry Cheff. In 2006 i decided it was time for international experience that why i flew to Hong Kong and join the Silver Shadow(SILVERSEA) as a barwaitress, i fall in love of wine and i decided to obtained my degree in wine. In 2010 i finished my studies as Sommelier at the Universidad de Quimica in Montevideo. Finally in 2012 i decided that it was time for me to stop and cook , becouse is really what i enjoy most since that i been working with diferent cheffs as Federico Amandola and Aurelien Bondeaux referents in Uruguayan Food.
