I have an extensive experience managing high-volume and upscale kitchens. Currently, I am in charge of the kitchen at Burro, having previously held Head Chef positions at Flora, Bliss, and Semilla. My foundational experience includes working in prestigious restaurants such as La Huella, Jacinto, and Misión Comedor.
