"As a seasoned Latin chef, I honed my culinary skills in Chile in 2009 and refined them through a 5-month professional internship at El Cingle, a Michelin Star restaurant in Barcelona. Upon returning to Chile, I spent three years cooking in top establishments. After a brief hiatus, I rekindled my passion for cooking in 2021, relocating to Australia to enhance my English skills. I was working around 4 years in Australia and then I moved to Germany to open a new Restaurant in Stuttgart.
Currently I'm in Chile with all my experience ready to share it
