Top Michelin star chef with 25 years experience

I started my culinary career in French restaurants with two or three Michelin stars. After working in California as a chef in a relais and castle for 10 years, I refined my cooking style in the Basque country, at the Brindos d’Anglet Castle and the Grand Hôtel at Saint Jean-de-Luz, prestigious establishments where I was awarded a Michelin star.

After 25 years of experience as a chef, I provide chef services so I can get to know the people who taste my food. For me, exploring the senses through food and striving to satisfy my clients is the key to creating my delicious dishes.
