Modern beautiful food Michelin trained

Hi I'm a dynamic and creative Michelin trained Head Chef with 15 years of experience working in top London restaurants and high profile households.

I trained at Catering College where I gained and developed strong cooking skills, before moving straight into a 1* Michelin restaurant where I remained for a year. I worked extremely long hours but enjoyed the job immensely and from here I moved up the ladder through many more highly acclaimed restaurants, at one stage I was Sous Chef at Chez Bruce a famous 1* Michelin restaurant. As a result of many years as Head Chef of various restaurants, I am specialised and knowledgeable in both classic and contemporary cuisine, including vegetarian with in depth experience in health and safety and dietary cooking.

Since 2011 I have been working as a senior chef in a one of the best law firms in the world in London, doing small and large functions in high profile private residences and hospitality for the top lawyers and partners. I can do lots of types of food from informal hot/cold buffets to modern fine dining.

I'm a natural born chef with passion, flair and strong work ethic. I always strive to exceed customer satisfaction and work hard to get things perfect. I also have great customer service and work well as part of a team.
