I am a chef with a professional career of more than 20 years, developed inside the kitchens of some of the World's Best Restaurants such the notorious Celler de Can Roca in Girona Spain or the mythical 3 michelin star L'arpege in Paris France. I started my studies at Girona Hospitality and catering School since then my culinary journey never stops. Currently i am working like a private chef offering my clients the best of my kitchen on their home tables also i am running a small rural hotel called Mas Valoria in the medieval village of Peratallada, Costa Brava ,Girona . My mission is to offer my clients something beyond a simple meal or a combination of flavors! "

Such a nice and positive person. Delicious food and superb service. Would definitely recommend!

Yassine realy has a passion for cooking. He takes you into his world and you can realy taste his passion. He also brought some local wines that were realy good. I would realy recoment Yassine!

He was friendly and attentive. Portions were generous and we were all quite full at the end. It was our first experience with such a thing but definitely not the last now

Chef was very engaging and made a wonderful customized meal given our dietary restrictions. It was a fun evening and chef handled all of the prep, settings, and clean up!

Yassine was absolutely wonderful! The meal that he created to celebrate my husband's birthday was delicious, and the storytelling behind each dish made it feel very special. It was great to learn from and get to know Yassine so much that he feels like a friend and not just a host. Selecting the menu was such an exciting experience, and even though our rental had a small kitchen, Yassine was a pro, found everything they needed, set the table with lovely accents, personal touches from his garden, and even selected music to make the experience appeal to all senses. I would recommend this experience again and again!
