Chef Privado En GironaI am a chef with a professional career of more than 20 years, developed inside the kitchens of some of the World's Best Restaurants such the notorious Celler de Can Roca in Girona Spain or the mythical 3 michelin star L'arpege in Paris France. I started my studies at Girona Hospitality and catering School since then my culinary journey never stops. Currently i am working like a private chef offering my clients the best of my kitchen on their home tables also i am running a small rural hotel called Mas Valoria in the medieval village of Peratallada, Costa Brava ,Girona . My mission is to offer my clients something beyond a simple meal or a combination of flavors! "
