Despite my young age, I started working at a very early age in various renowned restaurants, hotels, and events in Germany, Austria, and Abu Dhabi.
My cooking style is based on both fine dining aspects and traditional Austrian and international cuisine. I select the best attributes from each culinary style and combine them to create new ideas.
I turned this passion into my profession and have never regretted this decision for a single day.
