Proud representative of Italian cuisine, curious to explore other cooking cultures
I am Italian, who made taxes as his profession and cooking as his passion.
In my family cuisine is not a chore, it is a religion: each member of the family, male or female, from the age of 6 on, is expected to feed and satisfy guests, with at least a 3-course meal, regardless of the occurrence and number of people.
I inherited this passion from my mum, who taught me recipes and secrets of Italian cuisine descending from three generations.
Started out of necessity to survive alone when I was a student in Germany, I improved my cooking skills encouraged by friends and relatives enthusiastic of my dishes to the point it became a lifestyle.
My goal is now that my guests forget their problems and feel lighter for the time they sit at the table and taste my culinary proposals.
