I am a Culinary professional with 30 years experience with an Associates in Applied Art and Science specialising in Culinary Arts and Sciences. I have learned in 5 Star Internationally known Hotels as well as corporate restaurants. I then moved to Europe where I worked in several gourmet restaurant’s with Michelin stars and as well in top rated hotels. Some well known chefs I have worked under include Dieter Muller, Nelson Müller, Nils Henkel , and Erhard Schäfer all which hold 3* to 1* Michelin stars and Gault Millau points. The positions I have held were Executive Chef, Sous Chef , Pastry chef, and Food & Beverage manger.
