Hello, I’m Ichi. I’m a qualified chef and cooking instructor.

I believe that good food brings people together. That’s why I create bespoke menus that not only delight the palate but also create unforgettable moments.

My culinary journey has shaped the way I cook today. Through my professional experience at Essenszeit GmbH, Schubert Brasserie and Le Cordon Bleu, I developed a strong foundation in working with high quality ingredients, mastering a variety of cooking and baking techniques, and creating my own recipes.

My cooking style combines Asian flavours with European sophistication to create modern fusion cuisine. Inspired by my travels and my experience as a chef, I develop dishes that are creative, well-balanced and prepared with great attention to detail.

Whether it’s a romantic dinner, a birthday, a family celebration or a convivial evening with friends, every menu is tailored to your wishes and the occasion. From Mediterranean sharing plates to multi-course fine-dining menus, every event is unique.

As well as working as a private chef, I run cookery classes and love sharing my passion for good food with others and inspiring them to enjoy it too.
