I am a professional chef with more than 14 years of international experience in fine dining, catering, bakery, pastry, chocolate making, and specialty coffee.
My culinary training includes studies at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Boston, as well as extensive professional experience in Argentina, Spain, Norway, and Venezuela. Throughout my career, I have worked as Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, and Line Cook in renowned restaurants, leading teams, developing menus, and delivering high-quality dining experiences.
I am passionate about creating personalized culinary experiences that combine technique, creativity, and attention to detail. Whether preparing an intimate dinner, a family gathering, or a special celebration, my goal is to provide guests with exceptional food and memorable moments.
