I am a professional chef, with 13 year experience in the culinary world. I studied at the instituto argentina de gastronomía ( IAG ) in Buenos Aires .

I am a fashon designer and teacher aswell. So I tend naturally to combine colors, textures, flavors, simplicity in a plate.

I am from Buenos Aires and now I live in Bariloche ( Patagonia, Argentina) with George, my dog.
