I’m a professionally trained chef with a deep love for creating refined, memorable dining experiences that celebrate bold flavors, precise technique, and the joy of sharing food. My culinary journey was propelled into the spotlight when I placed 5th on MasterChef Australia in 2019 — an experience that transformed my passion into a full-time career.

Following the show, I launched Food with Nicole, my private catering company offering bespoke, in-home dining experiences across Australia. I specialize in meat-focused cuisine — from perfectly seared steaks to slow-roasted, fire-cooked feasts — paired with seasonal produce and beautifully elevated plating.

To deepen my culinary expertise, I trained in Paris at the prestigious École Ducasse, completing the Expert Diploma in Cuisine. There, I refined my skills in classic French techniques and developed a deep appreciation for the elegance, discipline, and creativity of French gastronomy.

Today, my cooking blends my formal training, MasterChef roots, and love for travel into a style that’s elegant yet approachable — always grounded in quality, creativity, and heart. Whether I’m curating a private event, exploring new culinary cultures, or dreaming up my next menu, my goal is always to craft food that tells a story and brings people together.
