Focusing on the ideal of pure and authentic food, my cooking style is based on fresh, local and classic ingredients with cultural and exotic twists. My passion for cooking started to kick in when I was very young, I always was around my grandmothers and mom cooking with them and learning. Then did my culinary school and worked in several countries and in important and amazing venues and five star restaurants. Now I am a full time personal chef and food consultant.
