I have always been a creative and adaptable chef who is inspired by all around him. My ecclectic styles are sprung from my international travels.
I am a Private Chef of 18 years having worked for UHNW families forst on their Yachts and then into their homes. I have travelled, Italy, France, Israel, Swizterland, London, USA, Costa Rica and the Caribbean with these clients and spent the last 9 years in New Zealand running my own restaurants and continuing to cook private dinners and cater for wealthy families and companies in NZ.
