After Graduating at The Culinary school in S.Pellegino Bergamo I have been working in Europe learning from the best, traveling through Italy France and England. La Fermata 1 Michelin Star (Italy), Ristorante la Sosta,(Italy), Da Vittorio 3 Michelin Star (Italy), 81/2 Bombana 3 Michelin star (Hong Kong) are some of the restaurants I have worked at to name a few.
I have 10 year of experience in China with Shangri la Hotels and Swire Hotels (The Opposite House)
I currently run the Beijing restaurant of Michelin Star Chef Umberto Bombana
I love cooking traditional dishes with a creative touch
