There is nothing more exciting about cooking than transferring veggies into magic, making you not notice there is no animal on your plate,

I’m a passionate cook and a host. Born and raised in Italy I specialize in my home dishes with a vegan twist on them.

Other of my favorite cuisines that I’ve came to know very closely are Japanese and Mexican.

I like to say that care about things.

About our planet, about empathy , about health and feeling good as well as making sure my clients have the most amazing -and unforgettable culinary experiences.
