I’m a chef since 6 years now. I’ve studied in culinary school in Geneva and Strasbourg for 3 years. In the meantime, I’ve worked in several restaurants. I’ve started as a dishwasher, and after years, I’ve became a chef. I went from fast food establishments to fine dining restaurant. I’ve also worked in a lot of concept, fusion, and brunch restaurants.
