I am a professional chef. I have been working in the gastronomy field for over 10 years. He studied at the best culinary school in Paris - Ferrandi.

Completed an internship in one of the oldest and most prestigious restaurants in Paris with 2 Michelin stars (Lassere restaurant)

I have worked in restaurants of French, Italian, Georgian, Russian cuisine.

I currently live and work in Berlin.

Always in search of new tastes, interesting products.

Have a small library of cooking books, which is supplemented.

Almaz really and truly is a wonderful person and a brilliant Chef. Perhaps one of those who deserves to be called chef at all! He is professional, dedicated and passionate about what he does. I didn't need to explain too long what is required and felt that I was easily understood as well. Whatever we tasted made by him was simply a perfection. I am ever so happy that I met him!

Almaz was brilliant to work with from start to finish. He was really helpful in planning the full menu and the food was wonderful. He really made it a very special evening for me, my husband, and our guests and everyone was very satisfied! I can’t say thanks enough and would thoroughly recommend him. We will be looking forward to the next time we have an event and can use him.
