Originally from Rio de Janeiro, I grew up surrounded by a large family passionate about cooking. My grandmother was an incredible cook, and from a young age I was fascinated by the dishes she made or created. That culinary gift and love were passed down through generations to my mother and aunts, and then to me.
I’ve been cooking since I was 14 and I’m fascinated by both the preparation and creation of new dishes. Today, I focus on my greatest skill: authentic Brazilian family cooking.
