Hey - I’m Carly! I’m a creative and enthusiastic plant-forward chef, food stylist and artist who focuses on utilizing seasonal and local products to create nourishing and inventive dishes, inspired by global cuisines and my travels around the world. Fueled by my connection to the earth and the philosophy that food is medicine (and art!), I bring intention, years experience and passion to everything that I do and make. From seed to sprout to flower to fruit, I believe that food is an absolute source of magic... and nothing gives me more joy than sharing my greatest passion with all of you!
Currently based in Berlin, Germany, I spent the last six years learning, living, traveling and cooking my way around the globe from places as remote as permaculture farms in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala to intentional living communities in Brooklyn, New York (my prior home!) Drawing from a mix of indigenous and modern cooking methodologies, techniques and culinary styles from across the world - the kitchen is my canvas... and my favorite one at that ;)
