Professional Chef Profile

With over 10 years of professional culinary experience, I bring a deep passion for food and a strong background in both high-end restaurants and hospitality. Originally from Italy, where I began my career, I developed a solid foundation in traditional Italian cuisine, particularly in pasta, risotto, and regional dishes from Veneto.

My journey has taken me through dynamic culinary scenes in Italy, London, and Berlin. In London, I worked in several fast-paced kitchens, including the prestigious Gaucho Argentinian Steakhouse, where I refined my expertise in meat preparation and grill techniques. For the past eight years, I have been based in Berlin, serving as Head Chef at Sir Savigny, a boutique design hotel, and more recently at Rote Weiss, Germany’s largest tennis club.

At Rote Weiss, I led the kitchen team and curated menus for a variety of high-profile events including birthdays, weddings, and the WTA Women’s Open, working with some of the world’s top female tennis players. I also played a key role in organizing catering for Roger Federer and the Roger Federer Foundation.

I am highly versatile in my culinary skills, with a strong command of both fish and meat preparation. From elegant roast dinners to vibrant summer BBQs, I bring creativity, precision, and flavor to every dish. My strengths lie in:
