I have been working in England, Italy, Norway, Spain and Germany.
In all These countries i have worked at a high Level of Hotels and Hospitality.
Working alongside some michelinstarred Chefs and Nobu Matsuhisa, helped me reach this Level.
I love producing baked goods, pastries, Dessert a l’assiette, and italian cooking.
