I am a professional chef with 20 years of experience and hold the Le Cordon Bleu Grand Diplôme. I have worked in several top Michelin-starred restaurants, including Azurmendi and Ultraviolet by Paul Pairet in Spain, Joel Robuchon in Asia, and The Tasting Room in Scotland, where I served as a section chef.

My international experience spans French and innovative cuisines, and I am now eager to advance my career in munich.
