Passionate creative, I cook with all my heart to create new experiences
I dedicate myself to creative international cuisine, celebrating my German and French roots and my stations in the African Islands, the Canary Islands, South America, Spain. I grew up in a family where haute cuisine has been a way of life and I have been able to learn a lot from my parents and my brother. Then I fell in love with dishes that I discovered during my seasons and integrated them into modern creations with all respect for traditions. My 13 years in Berlin have made me discover a huge diversity of chefs and styles and thankfully I have been able to work with some of them. Apart from doing my own pop-up restaurants and caterings, I have given cooking classes to adults and children and I have cooked for events, in agencies or in offices and in private homes.
