Passionate Mediterranean chef of Albanian origin, raised in Greece and Italy creating flavorful, sustainable dishes with respect for every ingredient.
I am a 30-year-old chef of Albanian origin, raised in Greece, with a lifelong passion for Mediterranean cuisine. My culinary journey began in Italy, where I studied at Riva del Garda and Villa d’Este, mastering Italian and Mediterranean techniques while learning the importance of seasonality, quality ingredients, and sustainability.
Throughout my career, I have worked in Italy, Greece, and Germany, including kitchens in Riva del Garda, Monte Bondone, Milan, and Heraklion in Crete. Each experience shaped my style, creativity, and respect for the product, teaching me to waste nothing and to bring out the best in every ingredient I use.
Currently, I work in a modern Greek restaurant in Lüneburg, Germany, focusing on contemporary Mediterranean cuisine. Cooking for me is not just a profession but a craft and a joy: it makes me feel close to nature, free, and fully alive. My philosophy combines passion, technique, and care to create dishes that are flavorful, balanced, and memorable for every guest.
