I am a professional chef with 15 years of experience from a high class restaurants.I worked in Croatia, Qatar, Austria and now I live and work in Germany.

My philosophy is ... cook simply, cook with your heart and most importantly cook for others as if you are cooking for yourself because that is the only way you will reach the hearts of the people you cook for.

Sehr toller Abend, perfekt!!!

Martin hat uns mit einem sehr leckeren 4-Gänge Menü verwöhnt und wir konnten entspannt genießen. Die Abstimmung vorab lief unkompliziert und wir konnten au einer schönen Auswahl an Gerichten auswählen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass Martin auch ganz toll mit Kindern ist. Unser kleiner Sohn hat den Abend auch mit uns verbracht, ein riesen Vorteil gegenüber einem Restaurantbesuch. Gerne wieder!

Martin is very professional and kind. His cooking was incredible and presented very nicely! He hit the perfect balance of being discreet and talking to us during the dinner and preparation! Would definitely recommend!

Der Abend mit Martin war super. Die Absprache vorher lief reibungslos, unkompliziert und sehr konstruktiv. Am Abend selbst war er pünktlich und wie vereinbart, da. Auch beim Kochen hat er sauber gearbeitet und war stets freundlich und immer für eine kurze Geschichte zu haben. Das Essen selbst war sehr lecker und die Gerichte auch optisch sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Alles in Allem war es ein wunderbarer Abend, der eigentlich nicht besser hätte laufen können. Vielen Dank, Martin!

Martin was very collaborative in the process with menu suggestions. The menu was as he proposed and his setup was very quick. We had a table of finger foods, so he did not use our kitchen to prepare. I recommend Martin.

Chef Martin was amazing, I booked a small birthday dinner for 4 people, the food was very good, presentation was even better and he left the kitchen spotless after the dinner. He was very polite and professional and gave us a great dinner experience.
