The kitchen is my creative studio where allow my ideas to run free.
My culinary journey started in Cape Town South Africa where I am originally from. I grew up in a culture where good quality food and wine was celebrated.
After leaving high school I worked in a respected restaurant in Cape Town where I trained under the head chef.
My journey for cooking halted as I pivoted into IT. After many years in the tech industry, I realised that I needed to come back to my first love - food.
I currently work part time as a private chef and host exclusive culinary experiences in Berlin Germany.
Each client I’ve worked for has shared the highest praise for my cooking.
I specialise in west European and Mediterranean cuisine. I draw influence from various countries in these regions and incorporate some of my own Capetonian food culture into my flavour profiles.
I ensure I cater to my clients specific food requests and needs and try to accommodate any sort of palate.
