I am a Maltese chef based in Germany, with a background in both savory and pastry kitchens. I completed 4 years of catering school, including 1 year abroad in Ireland, which helped shape my foundation and adaptability. After finishing my studies, I continued to develop my skills by working and travelling across different countries, gaining experience in various kitchen environments. I have worked in fast-paced kitchens, including taking on leadership responsibilities and contributing to menu development. My cooking focuses on clean flavor's, solid technique, and creating well-balanced dishes tailored to each occasion.
