My name is Rafal, and after more than 16 years in the hospitality industry, I am bringing my experience into the world of private dining and culinary consulting.

My career has taken me from the foundations of professional kitchens to senior positions including Regional Head Chef and F&B Operations Manager. Along the way, I have worked in fine-dining restaurants alongside renowned chefs, as well as within large-scale corporate hospitality operations, gaining experience across both the creative and operational sides of the industry.

Today, I combine that experience with a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences. My approach is built around quality ingredients, precise execution and menus that are designed around the occasion, the guests and the atmosphere.

I believe food is more than simply a meal. It is an experience that brings people together and creates memories through flavour, aroma, texture and presentation.
