DE: Ich habe Anfang der 2000er Jahre als Food-Autorin angefangen und mich dann von internationalen Köchen verschiedener Küchen professionell ausbilden lassen.

Heute habe ich mich auf asiatische Küche (thailändisch, vietnamesisch, indisch) spezialisiert, lerne aber weiterhin dazu. Meine neueste Leidenschaft gilt der Swahili-Küche.

EN: I started off as a food writer in the early 2000s, then moved on to receive professional training from multi-cuisine, international chefs.

I now specialise in Asian food (Thai / Vietnamese / Indian), while I continue my journey of learning, with my latest obsession being Swahili food.
