I am a studied restauranteur with a huge passion and desire to create dishes in my home kitchen, or bake beautiful sourdough brioche and focaccia to host incredible brunches. I have actively decided to dedicate my professional career to front of house, in order not to loose my inspiration and spirit for cooking and baking. Therefore I am an excellent host, server & sommelier to create incredible moments and table settings for any type of event.
Throughout the lockdown I taught myself how to bake sourdough breads and pastries which I then used to work in a few different bakeries and sell pastries to different restaurants. Within the past two years I have started doing catering jobs and taking place in residencies as a private chef. My wine knowledge especially in wines with low intervention and ability as a bar tender, are the perfect accomplishment to my dinner parties.
