I was born in a family of a noodle shop. I am a Thai who likes to eat and loves to cook. In my home village I used to get up early in the morning to help Mum set up a pot of noodle soup, chopped vegetables, cut meat and made fried garlic. Still half asleep, every time I smelled fried garlic, I smelled the broth a I became more energetic. It was my life.
When my mother expanded from street food to an a la carte restaurant in Bangkok, I enjoyed learning new dishes from her. When I came to Europe, I applied my mother's cooking knowledge to adapt and match with local vegetables and spices, but still retaining the real Thai flavours.
