I am a Chef with 12 years of experience in different kitchens. I am American/Turkish living in Berlin for 18 years. I have finished my Bachelor in Roman History at the Humboldt University before i got my education (Ausbildung) as a Cook. After having worked in many high-paced kitchens, I am looking to cook in a more precise and intimate environment.
