Cooking for me is a way for me to relax. When I can cook for someone it makes me feel like I’ve put my love for the art of cooking on a plate

I have a degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu Las Vegas. I’m retired from the Army. I’m living here in the Dominican Republic living my best life! I have five adult children. I’m very determined. I’m very dependable. I’m very independent. I love serving people. I enjoy seeing people enjoy my gift.

I was self taught in the beginning. I was medically discharged from the Army. They offered to pay for me to go to school so I went to le cordón Bleu
