Chef Sebastián was absolutely great. Our menu was super customised to replicate the favourite dishes from a restaurante that we love but can't visit anymore. He was super accommodating and delivered an amazing experience.

Chef Mateus has great communication. He catered to our group for food allergies when creating the menu. He and the crew were very engaging with our group. He proposed different dishes and worked with us to create the menu for our group. All of the food was incredible and everyone from our group was so impressed.

Chef Renzo was a delight to work with from start to finish. His friendliness is what made us choose him over other chefs. He was punctual and kept us informed with how the dishes were progressing. Because we were in a rented home, we did not see the set up until the day before and I was impressed that Chef Renzo and his colleague we able to bring a 5-Star dinner to life in a rather small kitchen. Our group of 17 is still talking about the dishes! Thank you!

Chef Yana was amazing!! She was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and so kind. She was a pleasure to work with, and we created a beautiful menu together. She used our pizza oven and complimented the pizza with delicious salads and pasta. Her dessert of tiramisu and cheesecake was fantastic. She provided 5 star service, had a wonderful attitude and presence, and made our night so special!

Chef Gerson provided an outstanding experience during our stay in Playa Langosta, Costa Rica. We booked him for three dinner services, and each meal was exceptional. He prepared traditional Costa Rican cuisine with incredible care and pride in his culture, which really came through in both the flavors and presentation. What stood out most was how much everyone enjoyed the meals—including all five of our kids, ages 8–15. Chef Gerson even offered to create a separate kids’ menu, but it wasn’t necessary at all. Every one of them happily ate and loved the seafood-focused traditional dishes he prepared. If you’re looking for an authentic, high-quality dining experience at home, Chef Gerson is an easy recommendation.

Giordan was amazing! He was on time, kind, and a very creative chef. His menu was incredible! He was flexible as we had some vegetarians and meat eaters and he catered to both groups easily. He even made dishes out kids would not typically try and they loved it. He presented the food beautifully and cleaned everything up. We would definitely use him again!

My grandfather is from Puglia and my father had not been back to visit in 40 years, so I wanted our trip to be perfect. I hired Chef Nico to cook for us at our villa and actually have food waiting when my family arrived. The experience could not have been more seamless, and the selection was so fresh and enjoyable that my family talked about our meals and time with Chef Nico every day of our trip after that. He prepared both lunch and dinner that day, and it was actually some of the best Apuglian cooking we had during our entire stay. His whole team was professional and very attentive. Even in setting the menu he was careful and imaginative (and some of us had multiple food allergies so this was no easy feat!). I would hire Chef Nico again in a heartbeat.

Miguel was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly flexible and did a great job adapting to the needs of our large group, making everything feel easy and well taken care of. The food was delicious, and he brought a calm, professional presence that made the whole experience seamless. Would definitely work with him again.

We hired Chef Carlos Moscoso for a private dinner in Zermatt, and it was so spectacular that we ended up hiring him again later in the week! The food was Michelin-star quality, the service was impeccable, and he made everyone feel completely relaxed and pampered. Combined with his professionalism, warmth, and impeccable service, he created a truly exceptional dining experience. We could not recommend him more highly.

Elliott was fantastic! I loved that he custom tailored a few things to match my partner’s favorites (it was his birthday). He was about 10-15 minutes early which was great. Awesome communication before the night. Elliott is more on the reserved side, you can tell he loves putting all his love into his food and is super passionate about what he does. Overall. The food was really delicious, I wasn’t sure what to expect as it was my first time using a service like this, but it was fantastic and we’ll definitely get Elliott in the future!
