I am a head chef and Artisanal pasta maker.

I have been working in hospitality industry since 2014. My expertise are in in mediterranean, Finnish & south Asian-japanese cuisine.

One of my strength is producing handmade fresh pasta using traditional method, without using any machines. It is one of the rare skills in world. I learned the craft in Bologna. Prime minister Petteri Orpo & President Alexander Stubb has tried my pasta.

I have experience in Catering, private events, pasta workshops.
