Mukesh Mulmi – Head Chef & Artisanal Pasta Specialist

I am a head chef and artisanal pasta maker with more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. My culinary style blends Mediterranean, Finnish, South Asian, and Japanese influences, creating balanced and seasonal menus that focus on quality ingredients and craftsmanship.

My main specialty is handmade fresh pasta produced entirely by hand using traditional Italian techniques learned in Bologna, Italy. Working as a sfoglino, I roll, shape, and cut pasta without machines, following a centuries-old craft that gives the pasta a unique texture and character. This rare skill allows me to offer guests an authentic pasta experience that is difficult to find outside Italy.

Alongside my restaurant experience as a head chef, I also host private dining experiences, catering events, and interactive pasta workshops. My goal is to create memorable meals that combine artisanal technique, seasonal ingredients, and warm hospitality.
