I’m a Helsinki-based chef with a long and versatile background in food, hospitality, and creative food culture projects.
I have worked with food professionally for around 15 years in a wide range of roles. My background includes working as a head chef, being part of founding Finland’s first surplus food restaurant, and running Finland’s first vegan fine dining restaurant, VILLD. Alongside kitchen work, I’ve also worked in recipe development, food education, public speaking, media, brand collaborations, festivals, and various creative food-related projects.
Currently, I love creating memorable moments through food and hospitality. As a private chef, I bring atmosphere, depth, and a sense of occasion to dinners, celebrations, gatherings, and shared experiences around the table.
What drives me most is creating experiences with care, efficiency, craftsmanship, and genuine presence. I value high-quality ingredients, seasonality, atmosphere, and authentic hospitality.
