My name is Sabin Thapa, and I am a committed and passionate chef currently based in Hyvinkää, Finland. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the International College of Hospitality Nepal. I have gained two years of professional experience in the culinary field, focusing mainly on Continental and Arabic cuisines. My journey began with a one-year culinary internship at the prestigious Raffles Al Areen Palace in Bahrain, where I developed my skills in a high-standard kitchen environment. I continued my growth by working for 14 months as a Commis Chef at Lemon Tree Premier in Kathmandu, Nepal. Additionally, I have hands-on experience in sushi preparation from my time at Ohayo Sushi Center in Nepal. I have completed the Finnish hygiene passport, which highlights my commitment to food safety. I am eager to join a dynamic kitchen team where I can contribute with my experience, creativity, and dedication to quality.
