I am passionate about cooking, I see the world of food as an art form and a way to share precious moments of our lives together.
I am a professional ballet Dancer, who loves to cook in its private time at home for his friends and family. I love to create with food. As well as using raw ingredients to make food taste real and fun.
My goal in cooking is to use ingredients that are, seasonal and local. I don’t like to waste . Therefore I’m trying to always use the full potential of my ingredients.
