I am curious, entusiastic and friendly. Full of passion and desire to share knowledges
I am a super young chef within 9 years of experience.
I’m from Italy (Venice) but most of my origins are from (Bologna) and (Sicity). I have the passion for the fresh pasta and sourdough. I travelled a lot in the last 4 years, expecially in France, Switzerland and Morocco that inspired me a lot!
I took also my last degree in science and culture of gastronomy last year.
