Our group consisted of 4 adults and 7 children and Berenice cooked dinners for a week. Each night she made a delicious, thoughtful meal. She was always punctual, was so pleasant to have around and treated everyone so kindly. All of the adults and children loved the food. She even made a social cake for us on her last night. We hired Chef Dillion for our anniversary dinner, and he exceeded every expectation. He didn't just bring incredible food; he brought the entire restaurant atmosphere, providing a tablecloth, beautiful plates to highlight each course, and even candles to set the mood. The meal itself was flawless. The crudo was a hit, and the scallop dish with chorizo was a personal favorite. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked, followed by a stunning blood orange crème brûlée. Chef was responsive, meticulous, and easy-going, leaving our kitchen spotless at the end of the night. If you want a seamless, high-quality private dining experience, he is the one to call.

Chef Kelsey did a great job making a delicious, tapas style meal for my husband’s birthday. She was responsive and organized, flexible in meeting our needs. And the food was outstanding! Best Risotto ever! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or hire her again.
